Ice Skate Tour – Helpers needed
Notices will be sent home Wednesday giving parents/caregivers the opportunity to make themselves available to help out with this event. As this is a joint fundraiser, Welcome Bay School are needing to provide our share of the adult helpers required. We need helpers for setting up the ice rink on the Tuesday night, selling refreshments during the public open hours and helping kids get skates on and off during the day of our WBS lessons.
Helpers are needed as follows:
Tuesday 13th – 6pm to approx 9pm – we need 6-7 strong adults to help set up the ice rink. If you can only make it for part of that time please still volunteer.
Wed 14th – Friday 16th – after school – 3:30pm – 7:30pm (1 hr – 1.5 hr time slots) to assist with selling refreshments/sausage sizzle etc.
Thursday 15th – 9am-3pm – we need as many helpers as possible for whatever time you are available. Student lesson times will be sent home next week if you would like to try and come while your child is skating.
Sat 17th – Sun 18th – 10am-5:30pm – helpers needed for roster in 1.5 hr time slots to assist with selling refreshments/sausage sizzle etc.
If you are available to help at any of these times please complete and return the form being sent home or just email us welcomebaypta@gmail.com
Thanks in anticipation !
